My wife and I signed up for the 30 day challenge and have been loving getting to do yoga every day. The instructors are incredibly nice and have really been instrumental in helping me improve my practice. I am very inexperienced in yoga, but the instructors are amazing at making you feel comfortable while also improving your poses. In the first two weeks of my 30 day challenge, I can see huge improvement in my form, flexibility, and I’ve even lost 7 pounds.
